• James Allen Photography offers full-coverage of your event.
• We sell fitness event photography packages on Friday night at check in, and Saturday morning. If you buy a package before or during the show, the turnaround time to receive your images is typically 7 days.

• If you have not previously signed up, photo packages will also available after show. If ordered after the show, turnaround time to receive your images is no later than 1 month. If you pre-order, more images are available to choose from. 
• We take pictures of every athlete on stage, with emphasis and more attention on those who have pre-ordered a photography package.​

Full-Day $999

• We shoot the (i) preparation details, (ii) wedding ceremony, (iii) reception, (iv) event/lifestyle, and (v) Shoes, Rings, Cake, Dances, etc.
• You get 50 edits
• Includes naturally lit Bridal Session, a photo shoot with the bride, wedding party, family, or any combination thereof.
• Receive digital negatives, reproduction and copyrights
• Full-day coverage of event

Extra Photographer

• We offer to have an additional photographer on-site for the event. This allows more coverage, and angle shots, and essentially doubles (or better) the amount of digital assets to choose from.
• Each additional photographer is $300.

Videos

• HD video recording of the event(s) for $300.
• High-quality footage.
• Exclusive reproduction rights and copyrights
• Raw video footage via digital download.

CD of all images

All images are available in the form of a digital compact disc.
